Good Hospitality Hygiene Bathrooms

Doctors and Nurses are very caring and treatment is good.Even at emergency. I strongly recommend further.

Good taking care

I am very disappointed with the hospital. My child was admitted for just two days with a cold-related illness, and the total bill was ₹43,000. The insurance approved ₹37,000, and even after the hospital gave a discount, I still had to pay around ₹4,000. What is even more disappointing is that I came to know a non-insurance patient with the same problem was charged only around ₹10,000 for a two-day stay. This huge difference in billing is unfair and raises serious concerns about the hospital's pricing practices. I hope the hospital follows transparent and fair billing for all patients, regardless of whether they have insurance.

Very disappointing experience at Prasad Hospital, KPHB. The maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms are extremely poor, especially considering the high room charges being collected. Despite paying premium room rent, the facilities and overall upkeep are nowhere close to the standards one would expect. What was even more concerning was the way patients were treated. While a patient was receiving saline treatment, the hospital staff moved the patient out of the room and made them sit on a chair so that cleaning could be carried out. The cleaning was only initiated after repeated complaints from attendants. Such actions show a lack of concern for patient comfort, dignity, and safety. There also appears to be inadequate staffing and poor management of housekeeping services. For the amount charged, the quality of service provided is unacceptable. I would not recommend admission to this hospital. They charge room rates comparable to or even higher than some star hotels, yet the maintenance, cleanliness, and patient care standards are extremely disappointing. Management should seriously address these issues and prioritize patient well-being.

Good treatment but money minded

In Prasad Hospital,Prasad Sir((Mr.Cool)) is the Best Pediatrician and Srinivas Sir also Best Pediatrician(NICU,ICU).If Children face any Critical problem, 100% come out from the Problem. Surrounding Kphb we visit all children's hospitals then only we understand Prasad Sir is the Best Pediatric Doctor.My sincere Advise for every Parent must prefer Prasad Sir ,definitely come out with the Smile.. Compare to Rainbow n other Hospitals prices are Normal with best Treatment.Every service is 100% Genuine, Rooms.. Cleanliness etc..

We are very thankful to the entire hospital team for taking such good care of my child. Doctors, nurses, and staff were very kind, patient, and supportive throughout our stay.
